Abstract Based on investigations of the Gachun silver polymetallic deposit in western Sichuan and the Wunugetusan lindgrenite deposit in Manzhouli, this paper deals with the positioning and predicting roles and the application effects of the electrical method in prospecting for concealed metallic deposits.
