Abstract Underground cavity detection is one of the important detection contents in way construction,
and GPR can help us detect city roads rapidly, so it has been used widely. This paper deals with the
existent space of the underground cavity , the technicalmethods for using GPR to detect underground
cavities as well as the characteristics of anomalies.
