Abstract The residual anomaly component factor score method which uses the means of trend surface to process geochemical data was adopted in the working area to extract the residual anomaly components that indicate local anomaly changes. R-factor analysis was carried out for residual anomaly components and, as a result, 3 factors closely associated with the mineralization were obtained. Score diagrams were drawn to reflect the distribution of geochemical anomalies in the study area and provide the basis for the optimization of prospecting targets.
