Abstract An integrated application of such means of the intermediate gradient installment as the timedomain IP method, controlled source audiofrequency magnetotelluric sounding method and phase IP method was tested in the exploration of metallic ore deposits in the Deerbugan polymetallic ore belt in northeastern Inner Mongolia, with excellent result obtained. This test shows that the application of multiple parameters to the integrated analysis is characterized by mutual supplement and mutual verification, has abundant information, reduces the multisolution possibility in geophysical exploration and improves the reliability of geological integration.
