Abstract Fluorescence spectrometry is an important analytical method in oil and gas geochemical exploration, and its quality is especially important for obtaining true subterranean oil information in the analysis of samples from the earth's surface. For the sake of obtaining actual underground oil and gas information, it is necessary to avoid the influencing factors and ensure the analytical quality. Based on experimental studies, this paper deals with the factors affecting the quality of fluorescence spectrometry, including material quality of the sample packet.
