Abstract Electrical tomography was used in the Jinchang ore district to detect the variation of the mineralized body at depth and infer the size and attitude of this body. Mineral exploration engineering was directly conducted, which provided the grounds in search for concealed ore bodies and accumulated some ore-prospecting experience.
