Abstract In this paper, the intrinsically safe electrical equipment is described, and a detection method for the input impedance and output impedance (R, L, C) of a radio wave tunnel perspective instrument is put forward for the first time. Theoretical analysis has demonstrated the feasibility of this detection technique, and his paper tentatively puts forward the practical measurement method.
