two-dimensional flexure hinge gradiometer was developed in combination with a two-dimensional capacitance transducer. This design effectively improves the sensitivity and stability of the torque-style gradiometer. Preliminary experimental results show that the resolutions of the gradients Wxx-Wzz and Wxz come to 47 E and 37 E, respectively, restricted mainly by electrical noise.
