Based on remote-sensing geology and very-low frequency anomalies of the central part of the Shule River fault zone, this paper,by means of determining concentration of radon emanation at the surface above the fault zone, has analysed and evaluated the stability of the central part of the Shule River fault zone. The result shows that the central part of the Shule River fault zone is a fairly stable fault.
