Abstract Through selecting proper arene standard materials and adopting standard curve technique, the authors made quantification processing of fluorescence intensity indices at the wavelengths of 320 nm, 360 nm and 405 nm in fluorescence spectral measurement of geochemical oil and gas samples, and converted relative fluorescence intensity into concentration of a certain standard matter, thus improving this test technique and making oil and gas geochemical fluorescence transmittable and comparable.
