Abstract With examples of three aspects of exploration, namely quality of diaphragm wall of deep-cement-mixing pile, crushed stone pile and load-bearing stratum, this paper has demonstrated the application effects of the Ground Penetrating Radar in the inspection of the quality of pile engineering in some special cases.
