Abstract Using the results of 1:200 000 geochemical exploration, this paper described the geochemical characteristics and regularity of of metallogenic elements distribution in Yukai area, and discussed the key elements that should be selected, such as Ag, Au, Pb, Zn, W, Mo and Sn. This paper sums up the spatial and temporal distribution regularity of elements dispersion or accumulation in order to provide geochemical theoretical basis for the prospecting of regional mineralization. The target areas for further exploration are delineated, which include 8 GradeⅠ, 5 GradeⅡ and 3 Grade Ⅲ prospective areas.
