In the exploration of water sources as well as water supply pipes and wells, the author established the regression curve and calculated the mineralization degree of the formation water on the basis of the correlation between the amplitude values of the electric logging curve over the equifer and the degree of mineralization. The results provided reliable data for well designing and thus played a key role in well construction.
