Abstract Based on the theory of CHIMelectrogeochemistry, the electric adsorption method means the discovery of concealed orebodies by their element anomalies, which are shown through stimulating the samples in a special electric installation and adsorbent in laboratory.Satisfactory test results were obtained over the orebody in the Hougou gold deposit which is covered by several meters of soil.
