Abstract Using information quantity methodand fuzzy direct recognition method, the authors con ducted integrated Processing of geological and geophysical-geochemical data from southern Hunan forthe purpose of optimizing ore-prospecting target areas which has proved to be fairly effective,thusopening up a new way for target area Optimization.
