Geoges method, a method designed to search for concealed deposits, was developedin mid-1980s. The method may be a powerful means in the prospecting for deeply concealeddeposits. Nevertheless, it has merely a limited application because of its high cost and lowefficiency. Hence, the anchors developed a new rapid method for dynamic collection of geogaswhich has proved to be satisfactory over a buried gold deposit. The possible migration mechanism of geogas is also discussed in this paper. This new technique will enable prospectors to meet the challenge in search for concealed deposits in near future.
