Abstract Along with the strategic shift of uranium prospecting space, the blind exploration of deep penetration becomes the trend of the times. A new geophysical prospecting model with effective combination of exploration techniques and methods of different landscape areas and different ore deposit types has been established, resulting from the application of the new geophysical prospecting model. It is very important to explore the relationship between multi-information in ore-forming prediction. Based on this idea,in the interpretation of 210Po anomaly in Erlian Basin, Inner Mongolia, the authors found that there is a close logarithmic correlation between the surface γ exposure rate and 210Po. Based on the further analysis of regional geological background data, the possibility of uranium mineralization is predicted objectively.
