Abstract In this study, the current supply module and the measurement module in the traditional high-density electric method system are separated from each other, i.e., the measurement circuit is separated from other things. At the same time, the current supply voltage is raised. These measures are evidently effective in suppressing the residual electric field caused by current supply and the environmental noise electric field. The most obvious advantage of this technique lies in the prominence of high resolution and high precision with the preservation of the high-efficiency in the traditional highensity electric method.
