Abstract The present paper has dealt with characteristics of the passive source electromagnetic array system as well as its tentative application in a copper ore district.Combined with a comparison with the data available,the test result has indicated the spatial form of underground orebodies,thus providing meaningful referential data for further work in the ore district.
