Abstract This paper makes a theoretical investigation and analysis of the problem of consistency in action conditions. The authors hold that the intensity of channeled current is the overall reflection of the underground composite factors and does not have linear spatial relationship with the content of a certain concrete sort of extract. Therefore, the technical measures for regulating channeled current to a consistent state cannot guarantee, or can even hinder the consistency of action conditions of various branch channels in the process of electric extraction. It is also pointed out that the important factor on which the consistency of action condition of the process relies is the voltage of the electric field.
