Abstract This paper points out the problem that exists in the traditional combined gravityseismic inversion, and suggests full utilization of seismic data as form parameters to make fielddiviaion. As for the gravity effects of the separated target horizons, Parker formula is used tomake inversion. In this way, interfaces at fairly great depths or without reliable seismic datamight be evaluated.
