In electrical sounding curve measurement, the "pseudotype curve" is one ofthe major factors leading to the failure of the interpretation of electrical sound-ing curves. Based on considerable quantities of forward and inverse calculations,this paper deals briefly with the concept, cause and some regularities of thissort of curve, with an approach to the significance of its study.
