Detailed geological work was conducted in Nanchang area and, as a result, abundant geophysical data have been accumulated in such aspects as gravity, magnetic, electrical and seismic survey. Using an integrated interpretation of the comprehensive geophysical method and employing a simulation technique, this paper has established a geological-geophysical model for this area. This supplies evidence for structural analysis of the Southern Poyang Mesozoic-Cenozoic basin and also provides grounds for the study of geological structures and the ore prognosis in this area.
