Abstract:Small-distance precise high density resistivity method was adopted and symmetric quadrupole device was chosen to detect the goaf in a certain dolostone mine. As a result, the position of the shatter zone was clearly detected, and the affecting range and depth of the goaf were delineated satisfactorily. All these achievements demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of applying high density resistivity method to detecting the goaf.
