植物样品的八种分解方法以及灰化温度和元素损失的关系

    EIGHT METHODS FOR DECOMPOSITION OFVEGETATION SAMPLES AND THE RELATIONBETWEEN ASHING TEMPERATURE AND LOSS OFELEMENT CONCENTRATION

    • 摘要: 我们用原子吸收分光光度法和X光谱法系统地研究了干法灰化植物标准样GSV-1和GSV-2的灰化温度和灰化时间与元素损失的关系,研究了植物样品的八种前处理方法.实验得出的结论,完全适合于其它植物样品.

       

      Abstract: Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry and X-ray fluorescence spe-ctrometry, we studied systematically the relations of ashing temperature,ashingtime and loss of element collcentration for dry ashed vegetation standard sa-mples GSV-1 and GSV-2, and investigated eight processing methods for thesevegetation samples. The conclusions drawn from the experiments are comple-tely suitable for other vegetation samples.
