The present paper is a summary of the achievements made in performing the project of the Study of the Geochemical Indices for Maior Types of Concealed Copper Deposits in China.Based on geological and geochemical data of different levels from more than40 copper deposits,geologists of this project have studied geochemical characteristics of ore belts,ore fields and ore deposits of porphyry,skarn, composite, marine volcanic,metagenetic hydrothermal reformation and hydrothermal veinlike types of copper mineralization,summed up geochemical anomaly models of various copper deposits,and established exploration geochemical pattern model systems for various types of copper deposits.
