国内外几种岩矿标准样品加工方案的比较讨论——一个新方案的建议

摘要 

比较了国内外数种岩矿标准样品加工的成熟经验,结合我国实际,建议一个高效低耗并简便易行的加工方案。新方案的特点是在保证合格均匀度的前提下,不用庞大设备,均匀绩分从粒度2毫米开始,磨细的样品重量仅60—70公斤,包装前的混匀操作采用了一个新型封闭式混匀器,可以通用于不同重量岩矿标准样的加工。有一般碎矿设备的实验室都可以承担标样的加工任务。

Abstract

According to a comparison of the experience gained in several programs used both at home and abroad for the processing of standard rock and ore samples, combined with China's reality, this paper proposes an easy and feasible program characterized by high efficiency and low consumption. This-new program has some obvious advantages;With the required homogeneity guaranteed, no cumbersome equipment is needed;Pulverization and sizing can start from 2 mm, and the ground samples only weigh 60-70 kg;Before packing, mixing is conducted by means of a newly-designed closed mixing device.This pregram can be applied generally to the processing of standard rock and ore samples of different weights. With this pregram, laboratories equipped with common ore-crusher can untertake such processing task.
